how do you block it in Outlook?
Hard to stop all junk mail. It filters on an address by address basis. Since spammers don't use the same address twice, it doesn't work all that well.
When I used to get a lot of spam, I used a program called Mail Washer. I don't know if it is still available. It was freeware. Did a good job at the time.

Another decent one is called spamfighter. Its freeware I think, just puts a message on the bottom of your messages.
What we've got here is failure to communicate. Some men you just can't reach, so you get what we had here last week which is the way he wants it. Well, he gets it.
